Complaints policy

What to do if a job booked through this site goes wrong, what happens next and by when, and who to contact if it is not put right.

Current as of October 2026. Contact: hello@greerconcreteco.com · (864) 662-6599.

Where do I send a complaint?

Telephone (864) 662-6599 and ask for a callback about a complaint, or email hello@greerconcreteco.com. State the property address, the date of the estimate or the pour, what was agreed, what was delivered, and attach photographs where they help. A problem with a crew still on site is dealt with that day.

What happens first?

A person acknowledges the complaint within one business day and names who is handling it. A workmanship complaint gets a site visit before any conclusion is drawn.

When do I get an answer?

A written response arrives within ten business days: the findings, the action to be taken, and the date by which it will be done. Where the fault falls under the crew's workmanship warranty or a product warranty, the remedy is arranged. Where it does not, the reasons are set out in writing.

Who is responsible for what?

The concrete work is performed by an independent crew under the agreement the customer signed with it. This business booked the job and chose the crew, and it accepts complaints about both. A complaint about the crew's work is raised with the crew on the customer's behalf and followed until it is closed. The referral marketing disclosure explains the relationship.

What if the answer is not satisfactory?

No customer is required to go through this business. The South Carolina Residential Builders Commission (llr.sc.gov) oversees residential contractors and specialty registrants, and the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs (consumer.sc.gov) takes consumer complaints about businesses in the state. Permitted structural work in Greer, Greenville County or Spartanburg County can also be queried with the office that issued the permit. Nothing on this page limits a right the customer holds under the signed agreement or under South Carolina law.

What about insurance claims?

Where a job relates to an insurance claim for a tree, a vehicle or a water line, the carrier decides coverage. This business supplies dated photographs and an itemized estimate; it does not adjust claims and it never absorbs or waives a deductible. A complaint about how the crew handled claim paperwork comes here; a complaint about the insurer goes to the South Carolina Department of Insurance.

Are complaints recorded?

Every complaint, the action taken and the dates are kept on file for two years and reviewed when deciding which crews continue to receive work. A pattern of complaints ends the relationship with that crew.
