The target
The pages on greerconcreteco.com are built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Each page uses one heading hierarchy, landmark regions for the banner, navigation, main content and footer, and a skip link that jumps to the main section. Menus, accordions and the estimate form operate with a keyboard alone and show a visible focus outline. Foreground and background colours meet the AA contrast ratio, type scales to 200 percent without clipping, every photograph carries a written description, every form control has a label, and no part of the site imposes a time limit. Motion is limited to small hover effects, and those are switched off for visitors whose device requests reduced motion.
How it is checked
The site is regenerated from source each time it changes, and each rebuild is checked with an automated accessibility audit, a keyboard-only pass through the navigation and the form, and a screen-reader pass on a phone and on a desktop. Photographs of job conditions are described for what the page needs the reader to know; where a description cannot carry the full picture, the text of the page does not depend on it.
Reporting a problem
Everything on this site can be done by telephone instead: asking a question, booking an estimate, raising a concern. If a page is difficult to use with a particular device or software, send the page address and a description of what happened to hello@greerconcreteco.com, or call (864) 662-6599. A reply is sent within two business days and the fault is corrected where it can be.
